With this being the first day of Fall, we found placing our orders much less challenging than normal. It literally had to include a Pumpkin Spice Latte, right?
While we thought we were WAY ahead of the game ordering a PSL on the first day of Fall, we were surprised to learn that Starbucks actually began serving them on August 30th this year (which, of course, made all U.S. retailers immediately feel obligated to begin featuring all of their Christmas items 🤦♂️).
First offered by Starbucks in 2003, they push more than 31 million of these across the counter each year (even though they only offer them on a seasonal basis).
Although they are loaded with flavor, they also come loaded with 390 calories, 50g of sugar, and 14g of fat, so proceed with caution.
