Ever heard someone tell you that you can’t get enough of a good thing? Well I’m not so sure about that. Take sweets for example. Historically I’ve been more of a “salt” guy, but recently I must admit that I’ve had a bit of sweet tooth developing.
Having finally come clean with that confession (whew, that was therapeutic and I feel much better now, thank you 🤗), I’m learning that sweets can sometimes be overdone and overwhelming.
Thankfully I’ve just been introduced to “Solana Sumptuous Cookies” a purveyor of “semi-sweet” creations.
Offering a dozen cookie and another dozen ice cream/custard pairing opportunities, everything I sampled was packed with flavor, without being so sweet as to make you feel like you can actually hear your teeth rotting immediately before they fall out and evacuate your mouth. (Admittedly, a little over dramatic, but you get the point. 🦷)
Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly options are available, and the color changing spoons (Magenta anyone?) are a fun twist.
