Word association. Remember that concept from one of your Psychology courses? “Which word comes to mind first when I say (fill in the blank)?”
How many of you would respond in the following manner?
“Which word comes to mind first when I say, ‘gourmet?’”
“Taco!”
If that was your response then clearly you’ve visited Puesto. Wow, does the term “taco” even still apply when you visit @eatpuesto? Is that term even appropriate? We’ll leave that question for the taco scholars to debate further. All we know is that the “Chicken Al Pastor”, “Carnitas”, and “Short Rib Quesabirria” tacos were all outstanding!

That means you can enjoy taking a family member’s mug shot and then temporarily incarcerating them if they fail to pony up their fair share when the check arrives (fact)!
