Rankings. They’re difficult to escape these days, don’t you agree? Who’s better than whom? From who’s the best this year to who’s the best of all time? The debates will rage on for as long as at least two people remain breathing in the same room.
Take baseball stadiums as an example. USA Today has again named Petco Park the #1 stadium in all of Major League Baseball (fact). Many factors are included in their overall evaluation, including the food. @petcopark achieving the top spot is quite a fete considering the negative impact that Cucina Stella must have had on their overall rating (especially given that this same location housed the venerable Buona Forchetta just last season). What the current vendor lacks in quality, taste, and variety is only further reduced by the overall lack of appeal they have failed to create in their environment.
Petco Park is well known for its quality food offerings, so there has never been a need to settle for your standard ballpark hotdog, popcorn, and soda…until now. All of them would be considered an upgrade when compared to the paltry offerings available at Cocina Stella.
