Sometimes my mind can forget how much I love ramen, so thankfully “Miyagi Ramen” provided the words that my heart needed to help my mind recall how much I love ramen.
You know that you’re in the right place when the smell you experience while ordering transports you to a place of bliss long before your meal arrives. The anticipation is seriously powerful!
While you should absolutely come here primarily for the ramen, please don’t overlook the salad options. The “Cabbage Salad” featured a great combo of flavors accentuated masterfully by the wasabi almonds.
When it comes to your ramen choices there are 4 primary options, but the staff was super flexible about permitting sub in/sub out alternatives, so customizing your order feels effortless. For this reason, and also because of the formal menu options, your Vegan pathways are numerous.
I sampled the Spicy Miso Ramen and they exaggerated about the “spicy” designation in no manner. Spicy when it’s on your tongue is one thing, but still spicy by the time it hits the back of your throat is next gen hotness. 🥵 Seriously, you’ll need a napkin for your mouth and some facial tissues for your runny nose!
While each of us sampled a different ramen, one of our Review Team Members summed up the universality of ramen greatness perfectly when she stated, “Ramen just warms your soul.”
