After just a single visit “First Watch” has become one of my fave breakfast places in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable.
I’m particularly fond of their coffee slogan, “Better Coffee. Better World.” It is that mindset, fueled by the significant caffeination level of their coffee, that I believe could enable me to broker a large number of international peace agreements.
