So you’ve got choices when it comes to this landmark. If getting to the very top (102nd floor) is important to you then you’d better plan ahead. Getting immediate tickets to the top aren’t likely. If getting a tremendous 360 degree outdoor view of the city is more your priority, then walk-up tickets are totally obtainable. Your first stop will be the 82nd floor (indoor only). If the outdoor experience is what you want then just keep walking to your left until you reach the elevator for the observation deck located on the 86th floor. Unbelievable views and experience no matter the time of year!
