Ok, so who’s been keeping this whole “St. Louis ribs” thing from me all these years? I had no idea if they would taste any different than say…”regular ribs”, but man I was totally digging their smokey flavor and how tender they were. I was also impressed that they don’t just sit in your gut like a brick once you’ve finished (like some meals can). Do any other cities make ribs that I should know about? 🤷♂️
