This month Cathie decided to send us to the dog house! What did we do to deserve that? Well before you begin pondering how things all went wrong, just know this was a reward, not a punishment.
You see the “Dog Haus” is actually a purveyor of quality hot dogs. While they offer a few other things, we kept our focus on the dogs. The “Downtown” and “Chili the Kid” choices were both excellent. While they may not offer the “snap” you’ll find when biting into a Chicago dog, they do offer something most dogs don’t these days. These dogs actually contain…meat! 🤯
Although you should visit primarily for the dogs, their beer menu is actually pretty impressive. Indoor and outdoor seating is available (but if you want to share a table with Cathie you’ll need both an invitation and a reservation.) 😉
Cathie and I couldn’t believe how much life has changed since we met last month (seriously, you have no idea), but we’re looking forward to continuing this series next month. Who know’s where we’ll be by then! 🤷♂️
