Disney California Adventure Park (primarily) through the eyes and ears of a 2 year old.
Our “adventure” actually began as we were greeted by a Parking Attendant.
Us: What time did you get here this morning?
Him: 6:45 a.m.
Us: Wow. What time did you leave home this morning?
Him: 5:00 a.m.
Us: Well at least now you’re at “The Happiest Place on Earth.”
Him: Well that’s our ad campaign anyway…
While many of the rides are meant for older guests, we found that a large enough number of rides are accessible for an average height 2 year old to make a visit worth your while. Our estimate is that most kids would age out for this park somewhere around 12. However, if you’re a kid at heart 😉 you’ll never tire of this place. Evidence of this can be found on some of our videos as you’ll likely notice that much of the screaming seems to originate with the more “mature” Review Team Members. 🤦♂️
If you’re wondering just how much ground you can cover during a visit to an amusement park, the answer for us today was just over 9.5 miles (which was a real surprise to our Review Team). 🤯
If you’re also wondering just how many people it takes to keep up with a single 2 year old, we found that having 6 adults made us feel like we at least had a chance.
Although our visit was overall a positive one, it is worth noting that we were disappointed by the number of times that multiple attractions were closed suddenly to perform repairs.
What matters most is that the most frequent feedback provided by the 2 year old was, “More.”
