Sometimes you take a beat and wonder where the time has gone. It was like that when we met with Cathie again and realized that it has been nearly a year since we launched this series. The cherished scrapbook from our beloved Cito was intended to span the course of 12 months and we’ve nearly covered that much ground at this point. Unbelievable! 🤯
Part of our most recent conversation was about the spectrum of people that you get to know over the years. Some people you spend considerable time with, but feel that you hardly know them. Others you spend only a little time with, but feel those experiences cause you to spend considerable time trying to find ways to forgive them (and possibly even try to forget some of what they’ve said or done). Still others you spend time with and you find that time so profoundly valuable that it helps shape you into a slightly better version of yourself. The gift of spending time with Cathie has been the latter for me and it makes me feel blessed! 😃🙏
Although we’ll be adorning the Scrapbook Series with a big red bow next month, not to fret because Cathie has agreed to continue on as a Review Team Member and we’ve already selected our first post-series review site! Details to follow! 🤫
Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention. The food here during our visit was “meh.” 😕
