While focusing on the food at a brewery kinda feels like missing the point, there are locations where the quality of the food actually rivals that of the beer.
Carlsbad Brewing Company offers an extensive selection of cold ones 🍻, but it is the quality and diversity of their food options that I’ve found most impressive over the years.
Searching for standard brewery fare such as corn dogs, tater tots, and nachos? 🥱 You won’t find those uninspiring options here cuz their food is really bussin’!
Go ahead and tell me that you expect a brewery menu to feature things like “Kobe Wagyu Sliders”, an “Ahi & Avocado Tower”, a “Gettin Figgy With It” pizza, or “Linguine & Clams.” No, you did not, so fess up already! (Ok, well neither did I.)
Leashed dogs are welcomed here, if you sit outside you’ll have some great views of the planes landing and taking off at Palomar Airport, and the memorabilia from the former Carlsbad Raceway is really cool!
