Anticipation. Carly Simon may have been right about that. It is not always your friend. We had greatly anticipated our visit to @brigintineseafood and it turned out to be…fine. The location was excellent (as was the “Crispy Coconut Macadamia Shrimp”). However, did you see the “Macadamia Crusted Mahi?” How does that not immediately remind you of the Gorton’s Fisherman from years ago? Frozen fish sticks anyone?
Neither the food or the service was bad, but neither left us with feelings of longing to return.
