Breckenridge is known for many activities and tennis really should be one of them. The Breckenridge Tennis Center is wonderfully maintained and offers 2 indoor hard courts, 3 outdoor clay courts, and 3 outdoor hard courts. All of them are in great condition and can be reserved in person or online (with the latter including a discount for reserving in that manner). The prices include a range from indoor hard courts (most expensive), to outdoor clay courts (about 1/2 the price), and outdoor hard courts (free). Due to the elevation (9,600 feet), be prepared for an acclimation period for breathing adjustments and be sure to use high altitude tennis balls.
