Friendship. Here at Henry’s Take we believe that you can always have enough enemies (1 is too many) and never enough friends (100 is not nearly enough). Having said that, a member of our Review Team is approaching “Best Friend Forever” (BFF) status with Bird Rock Coffee Roasters. Although we’ve been here many times, this is our first review. We’ve had singularly great experiences here and (at least one of us) finds himself missing this place and thinking about this place on many occasions (like a “BFF”, no?).
The coffee is good (with many hot/cold options; tea options are limited), the food actually rivals the coffee in terms of quality, and the music fits the vibe they are laying down here perfectly. Their relaxed atmosphere (also modeled by staff) is equally conducive to convos with those you cherish, those you’ve only just met, and work email that just needs to get hammered out. This is just a place that you hesitate to leave.
And how could @birdrockcoffeeroasters cross that threshold to official “BFF” status you ask? Well a complimentary coffee would likely do the trick. 😉
