The “Wagu Short Rib” is readied via a “sous vide” method that involves 48 hours of preparation before you arrive at your table. The combination of flavors are amazing and the smokey dollops of potatoes that accompanied the meat complimented it perfectly.
The “NY Steak” on the other hand is dry aged for 30 days. Although it offers less of a symphony of flavors, the musicians in this orchestra play their instruments with skill and aplomb.
Caution is advised if you order the “Baby Potatoes” as a side. There is nothing “baby” about their serving size and they are best shared.
